Job Title: Customer Support Apprenticeship (Office based)

Location: Coventry

Reporting to: Customer Support Team Leader

Contract: Permanent

Hours of work: Monday to Friday rota hours - 8:30 - 17:00 or 09:30 - 18:00 with 1 hour break (2 x 15 mins break & 30 mins lunch) 1 in 5 Saturday will also be required on a rota basis after successful completion of 3 month probation

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an office based apprentice to join our growing team here at Bybox. Customer Support is the heart of the business, they touch every customer and almost all internal departments. They are the front line to our customers and provide an important part of our service. The department is split between front office who primarily deal with phone calls and deal with simple emails that can be actioned in-between calls, the back office team deal with emails and any in-depth investigations, successful candidates will become multi-skilled across this department and continuously learning! No two days will be the same in this busy department.

We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our team in Coventry, you will have a real desire to find solutions to problems first time and we'll give you the training and the tools to achieve this.

The day to day duties of the role includes helping engineers collect their deliveries, ordering labels to allow engineers to return their parts to us, checking that deliveries have been made, investigating missing or damaged parcels, arranging for failed deliveries to be moved to customer site and setting up new engineers are all daily occurrences in Customer Support as well as administration function.

Customer Support has a proud history of their staff progressing into new roles in ByBox and the skills and experience you will gain in this department will provide you with an excellent platform to do so.

To be successful it is essential that you instinctively want to help people, have patience and empathy with others, with a nothing is too much trouble attitude. You need to take ownership of the issues you deal with, be able to provide good clear communication, and read between the lines to understand what the underlying issue is. Attention to detail is essential, as well as being able to work under pressure, because of the bespoke services ByBox offer we need to have a willingness to keep learning.
