A well regarded firm seeks a Junior Family and Childcare Solicitor in Stratford-upon-Avon.

They are a multi office practice that cater for individuals and businesses within the county and further afield. Staffed with a team of professional lawyers and brilliant support team, they are recognised for delivering services at a cost effective manner and are now seeking a Junior Family and Childcare Solicitor who is looking for career progressions within a professional setting.

THE ROLE
We are now in the market for a professional Junior Family and Childcare Solicitor to join a progressive firm in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is ideal for a qualified Solicitor with NQ to two years` experience within a family and childcare department. You will be able to handle your workload to meet tight deadlines under minimum supervision. Your duties will include: pre-nuptial agreements; divorce; ancillary relief; cohabitation disputes; emergency protection orders; care and supervision orders; domestic abuse cases and; separation agreements. Therefore possession of good mediation and advocacy skills will be desirable as well as good knowledge of the LAA. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis.

THE CANDIDATE
You must be a qualified Solicitor with NQ to two years PQE;
Expertise in Family and Childcare department is desirable;
You will have excellent client care skills;
You will have a flair for business development;
Childcare panel membership is advantageous;
You will be able to handle a diverse caseload under minimum supervision.
