Description

As a Receptionist your duties will consist of:

  • Meeting and greeting, providing visitor badges and refreshments
  • Supporting with general administration across the office - 70 employees
  • Booking and monitoring all meeting rooms
  • Management of company pool cars
  • Placing and tracking stationary orders
  • Liaise with the building manager on adhoc basis regarding
  • First point of contact for deliveries and post

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold experience within a front of house/receptionist position
  • Confident and self motivated
  • IT Literate
  • Excellent telephone manner
