Night Family Support Worker
A night family support worker is required for a centre in Birmingham paying 17-21k
Your new company
An established organisation are looking for night family support workers to work on a permanent basis for their expanding team. The family centre is currently monitored by OFSTED which monitors the support provided to families and parents with the care of their children.
Your new role
You will work with families on a day to day basis, observing and recording parents abilities to meet the immediate safety and care needs of their children. You will be required to take an active role in assessments, observations and learning sessions, working as an active member of the team and participating in full training and supervisions. This position will require you to work nights on a shift basis and be flexible over the 7 days.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for the position you will need previous experience working with families, have a clear DBS and all relevant social care qualifications or equivalent experience.
