Administrator - Contact Centre - £19,000

This role is based at our Head Office in Coleshill and the hours of work will cover shift patterns between the following;

8.00am - 6.00pm Monday - Friday

9.30am - 6.00pm Saturday

37.5 over a rota'd basis to include 1 in 3 Saturday's

Due to our location we are only accepting applicants who can drive and have access to a vehicle.

Based at Perfect Home's Head Office in Coleshill the Administrator will be responsible for providing an effective administrative service to the transactional website team.


  • Answering customer emails
  • Checking customer proofs ensuring they are fit for purpose
  • Dealing with any ad hoc duties

This role is predominantly computer based responding to customer queries on accounts, so we need some who is computer literate and who has excellent literacy skills.
