I am actively recruiting for several Field Care Supervisors to join an established home care provider within their North Warwickshire/Birmingham office.

You will join a leading domiciliary care provider who has secured a 'GOOD' rating with CQC and is going through an exciting period of growth and progression.

Employed on a full time basis, which will include a varied shift pattern including evenings, weekends and 'on call' on a rota basis,

Your time will be split between a busy, fast paced care office and working in the field. You will work closely with the management team and be responsible for writing care plans and risk assessments, report writing and record keeping and managing a team of carers and team leaders within the field.

You will be required to liaise effectively with external agencies, clients and their relatives. The delivery of personal care and support is also an essential part of the senior care/field care supervisor role.

Excellent communication skills, comprehensive IT knowledge and the ability to work as part of a team, as well as on your own initiative are essential for this role.

Strong leadership, excellent listening and decision making skills are pivotal to the field care supervisor job role.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will be able to demonstrate a proven background within domiciliary care services, have at least 12 months experience in a supervisory role and hold te level 2 and/or 3 in health and social care. Due to the field aspect of this job role, a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential.

In return for your comprehensive skills, knowledge and experience, you will receive a generous salary up to £19000 per annum, on going training and development plus other amazing benefits.
