Kinetic Construction, currently have a requirement for an experienced Senior Site Manager in Coventry.

The project is a high-rise Student Accommodation and candidates wishing to be considered, will only be so, if they have proven work experience on a similar sized project. The project will be RC frame and consist of M and E and utilised cladding.

You will need to have previously gained experience in CFA piling, groundworks and superstructures/concrete frames, cladding and brickwork.

This is a fantastic opportunity and for the right candidate and could lead to the position of project manager!

My client is a national construction contractor with a reputation of providing major builds across the country and is looking to provide the correct applicant with a rewarding package.

The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following qualifications / experience / aptitude:

* To be the principle contractor representative across the multi interfaces with the project, and to allocate a single reference point for the Client and represent companies interests with client
* To allocate resources to effectively deliver the project, in respect of time, quality, programme and finances, in accordance with project business plan, and company objectives
* Develop a Project Business Plan in accordance with company procedures and the project and ensure that it is adhered to
* Ensure that Health and Safety, quality and environmental procedures are adopted by site management
* Establish a team structure, tools and processes that support delivery of the build, and ensure that all staff working on the project are fully trained and competent to undertake the role allocated
* Actively promote trial innovation in our methodology and processes and products
* Ensure that production controls are in place for reporting, bench marking and are, along with progress and analysis at regular reviews
* Responsible for dealing with and closing project level complaints


MRCIS qualified or equivalent qualification

Strong Knowledge in Health and Safety

Be strategic in the ability to implement plans and deliver

HNC/HND in Construction/Degree Project Management
