Our Client is a successful Civil Engineering Contractor based in the West Midlands, providing a Groundworks, Foundations, External Works and Road & Sewers service to the construction industry. The Client base is established with Miller Homes, Bellway Homes, Persimmon Homes. Relationships with all of these businesses are excellent.

Reporting to a Construction Director, the Contracts Manager will be required to manage a selection of live projects usually between 3 - 5, project values are between £1M to £5M+. The Contracts Manager will be involved in the preconstruction stage of each project and will be client facing.

We are looking for experienced candidates who can demonstrate significant successes and a record of achievement in the management of groundworks packages, together combined with commercial skills and the ability to deliver a project within the commitment of the contract.
