We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Care and Support Worker to join our Retirement Living scheme in Lime Gardens, Dudley.

Title: Care & Support Worker
Location: Lime Gardens, Dudley
Salary: £8,322 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 21 Hours per Week (Rota Basis)

You will be working within our Older Persons Services, offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan, both devised with the customer to promote choice, independence and empower them to live a fulfilled and active life. You will be responsible for assisting customers with medication and liaising with other professionals to support the customer’s health and wellbeing. You will also be participating in the schemes activity planner, providing a range of social activities to our customers. 

We are looking for people who:

Have a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people.
Are able to demonstrate empathy whilst enabling people to maximise their independence
Able to offer close personal care, for example assistance to support bathing
