Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000

Service Desk Support Analyst is sought by a well-established company based in Coventry. This is a mixture between 1st and 2nd line and is a pure service desk role supporting 5000 internal users. You must be technically minded and be prepared to work on a very busy desk.

The successful Service Desk Support Analyst:

- At least 2 years on a Service Desk
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Logical approach to problem solving
- Self-motivated and Team player
- Ability to remain calm under pressure

Experience/Knowledge in the day to day support of:

- Printers
- Microsoft Applications
- Desktop Applications
- Desktop Administration
- PC network connectivity
- Windows Operating Systems
- Remote Access Tools
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange Administration
- SharePoint
- VIP Support
- Incident Management
