Hampton's are currently working exclusively with a Privately owned Elderly care provider to support them with the recruitment of a Registered Manager based in Coventry for a 45-bedded home.
The appointed Manager will be expected to implement and manage systems to ensure the physical and psychological wellbeing of residents is maintained at the highest level in a pleasant and harmonious environment.

The Manager would be expected to display a happy, caring and understanding attitude to residents, their relatives, staff and visitors at all times.

You will be expected to develop a positive working environment which nurtures and rewards good practice through a programme of training and development as well as maintaining high standards and ensure compliance with National Care Standards and to work closely with the directors of the business or their representatives to meet the financial aims and targets of the business.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Management and organisation of resident activities
Residential enquiries and show rounds
Management of visiting professionals
Be aware of all regulatory requirements and ensure the home is meeting them including all associated paperwork to maintain full compliance at all times
Conducting inspections with CQC representatives and all associated paperwork
Staff management, work rotas and routines, the update of staff paperwork, and staff training
Staff and personal training to ensure all mandatory requirements met at all times including appraisal and supervision
Medication management from order to resident delivery
Food management, food hygiene, food purchase and storage
Health and safety at work management and system testing
Management of all policies and procedures
Carry out maintenance inspections, report damage, organise repairs or replacements
Some financial management including budgeting, invoices, paying bills, accounts and payroll
