This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who were looking for school based experience before applying for a PGCE or pursuing the route towards becoming a Charted Educational Psychologist.
As a SEN teaching assistant, you will be required to assist the teacher in the delivery of lessons, liaise with parents and teachers regarding student progress and work closely with small groups or individual pupils with a range of complex educational needs and learning difficulties such as ADHD and Autism.
- Graduate with a 2:1 or above, or a Level 3 Qualification
- Based in Coventry or willing to travel
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- A supporting and caring nature
- Experience working with children with SEN (Desirable)
