For this Teaching Assistant - Secondary role we are looking for a gifted graduate who has a strong academic record with a 2:1 or above in their chosen discipline and previous experience supporting children. You will possess a true passion for education and learning and be able to bring this into the classroom every day. You should have the ability to build great rapport with children, be flexible in your approach and have a genuine passion for making a difference in their lives.

For those aspiring teachers, you will be provided with exceptional teacher training and support for this position and for your future as a teacher. Your responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant - Secondary will include leading children on a 1:1 and small group basis in key areas of the curriculum. Your duties will include aiding the learning and development of pupils of all abilities across the school. You will have the responsibility of achieving your career goals under the careful guidance of the SENCO.
