Salary: GBP18,000 rising to GBP18,500 on completion of probation + Ad-hoc incentives & rewards

Hours of Work: Shifts are between the hours of 08:00 - 20:15 Mon - Fri and 09:00 - 17:00 Sat, you'll be contracted to 37.5 hours per week.

We are looking for 15 enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our fast-paced, lively and professional Home Movers Team from the 18th September 2017. We need Sales Executives who are confident in a call centre setting promoting our products and services to new and existing customers who are moving home.
What your new role as a Sales Executive will involve???
You will provide excellent service through answering inbound calls and email correspondence, supporting customers with queries relating to moving in and out of their homes.
Promote our energy and broadband packages passionately to customers.
Working within a highly motivated, sales driven team of 12 agents to meet and exceed both your own and department targets through friendly competition.
Actively listening to customers needs and talking them through our product options and services that could best suit their situation, to ultimately retain them through delivering exceptional service.
A few things you'll need...
To be able to commit to upsell in a regulatory and professional way whilst being enthusiastic with a positive manner.
Be comfortable to boldly make recommendations that are relevant to that specific customer's needs.
To be capable of overcoming objections and closing sales whilst working under pressure across multiple systems.
Gladly work towards and exceed both individual and team targets.
