A recognised leader in their field is looking to add a Regional Analyst to their Financial Planning and Analysis team.
Your new role
This newly created role will be either a Regional Analyst or Senior Regional Analyst, depending on experience and background. This role supports regional financial performance of business units whilst aligning with EMEA and corporate business needs. You will support the regional executive / management decision making relating to immediate and longer-term business goals. You will provide evaluation, interpretation and analysis of key business dimensions.
This role may support several functions in one or more countries, depending on the region, and will lead the goal setting process for that region. You will analyse operational parameters, planned growth and changes to expense structure. You will support directors/senior management in making the right business decisions by using your reporting and analysis to advise on costs & benefits.
What you'll need to succeed
We need a Finance Analyst who has worked within FP&A and is seeking their next move. You will have good presentation skills, experience of presenting up to senior management level, excellent communication and influencing skills, good networking skills and the ability to interpret complex financial performance situations and make appropriate recommendations. You must be an advanced user of Excel and have proven experience in a similar role.
