Position Description:

  • Helpdesk Analyst

Skills Required:

  • Good communication and telephone manner
  • Willingness to engage with customer and to help them either by directly fixing the issue or record the problem and pass to other team members.
  • Ability to interpret and record customer information accurately and convey to other team members.

Experience Required:

  • Preferably experienced in a customer facing role, on a telephone based operation

Experience Preferred:

  • Previous internal / IT helpdesk experience

Additional Information:

  • Basic MS Office skills required - e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word
