Are you an organised, capable administrator who can support a department with a variety of vital duties, including liaising with customers, managing schedules processing orders and creating quotes ?

Our client, a large manufacturing company , is looking for a motivated and dynamic team player who can manage a varied and diverse range of administrative duties which all involve working to and being aware of deadlines .Duties include:

• Assist with the administrative processing of orders

• To control the in house build schedule

• Organise delivery and logistics associated with the above plus any parts required

• Compile site engineers job packs consisting of directions to site, copy risk assessments, arranging accommodation etc., plus any parts required

• Updating CRM database

• Preparation of basic quotations for amendments / aftersales related

• Assist with the organisation of the on-site works schedule

• Read site engineers reports, arrange any associated parts required

• Calibration of departmental tools

• Maintain close contact with customers, build up rapport and establish customer loyalty

• Document and file

• Organise own workload effectively

• Communicate at all levels across all departments

• Compile operation and maintenance manuals, sometimes to customer specifications

You will be an excellent communicator, with strong IT skills , with experience in a similar role and able to demonstrate that you can work as a team player with the ability to prioritise and manage your own work load.
