Part Time - Telemarketing
You will be working with the telemarketing team (under guidance of the team leader) to open doors for our clients which are in the business-to-business (B2B) arena. Our team is resourceful, persuasive and successful in getting to speak with B2B decision makers, buyers, heads of department and directors across the UK. You will not be selling products or speaking with the general public. You will be booking appointments with decision makers in UK businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM.
- Confident cold calling telephone manner.
- Outbound telemarketing experience is a must.
- Excellent written English to send follow-up emails to prospects and clients.
Duties: Calling B2B companies (mainly in manufacturing) and asking permission to send more information on behalf of clients and entering details onto the CRM system to trigger nurturing sequences. After the prospect, has received an email and mail campaign you will call them to establish if there is any interest and to book a face to face appointment with the client. Our telemarketers are skilled at getting past the gatekeeper.
Part time hours: 27.5 hours/week. 9am- 2.30pm Monday -Friday
Level 1 salary: GBP10,725 uncapped bonus and generous commission structure. As soon as you reach the required standard (1.1 appointments per day over 3 months) you will be promoted to level 2 with a salary increase to: GBP11,826. Our level 2 telemarketers typically earn between GBP150 and GBP500 bonus/commission every month on top of their basic salary.
Holidays: 31 including statutory, and we have been known to knock off early on a Friday for cheeky pint!
Start date: April 2017. Full training will be given.
