Due to expansion and high demand an excellent opportunity has arisen for you to join one of the leading providers of specialist Motor insurance in the UK.

We are looking for an enthusiastic insurance individual to provide 100% efficient and professional customer service to new and existing clients for our client based in the West Midlands. The position is for a Customer Service Adviser, servicing and administering clients personal lines insurance policies on a daily basis. You will be working within a professional and fast paced environment that can provide excellent career opportunities.

My Client requires candidates to have a good telephone manner and to provide high levels of customer service. It would be an advantage for candidates to have an Insurance background however full training will be provided upon acceptance. Other requirements include 5 GCSE’s equivalent including Maths and English, Experience of Microsoft Office Applications along with good communication skills.
