Temp Operations Support/Admin/Call Centre Operative
Data entry and analysing. Answering and dealing with telephone calls. Liaising directly with internal departments, customer, engineers and sub-contractors. Experience within a customer service environment/call centre environment.
Familiarity with computers (MS Office knowledge is preferable).
A confident and tactful approach to dealing with customers over the telephone is a necessity.
A good geographical knowledge of the U.K. would be a benefit.
HOURS 8am - 5pm, Mon to Friday, initially required for 1 month.
