Job Role
Establish and maintain strong and long term relationships with existing accounts, identify opportunities and develop strategies for market growth
Organizing daily schedule to maximize store visit and phone calls
Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential industry related material
Monitor competition by gathering industry related information; ie. New products, pricing, marketing, etc.
Collaborate with team effort by accomplishing related results as required
In close collaboration with the operations team, manage all aspects of the portfolio and develop strategies that ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Resolve customer situations by investigating problems, develop solutions and proposing recommendations.
Maintain a log of activities and submit activity and results reports on a weekly period; ie, sales pipeline information, product availability quality and service issues, daily call reports, weekly work plans and travels, etc.
Ensure compliance with legislation with respect to activities related to the function, and provide appropriate cooperation with relevant authorities. Maintain a professional workplace environment
Skills & qualifications
Excellent communication and writing skills.
3-5 years sales experience in a similar position, and past accomplishments in developing new business.
Mature hands-on team player with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Knowledge of Electronic Cigarettes and E-Liquid will be an asset, but not critical
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence. Both target/customer oriented. High level of autonomy and integrity.
Build and expand client relationships and meet sales targets
Highly organised, motivated and adaptable
Build a strong brand image and reputation
Work independently and with a team
Must have access to a personal vehicle, capacity and availability to travel frequently.
