HR Advisor - 4 month FTC
My client a large public sector employer is recruiting a HR Advisor on a FTC until the end of October and is looking for an immediate start. As the HR Advisor you will report into the HR Director and your work will focus around HR Policies and Procedures.
Following a recent period of change the organisation has implemented a HR Service Desk and a large element of this work will specifically be focused around reviewing HR policies, procedures and processes. Using suggested templates, you will make the necessary changes for each policy and procedure.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience updating and writing HR policies, a generalist skillset with knowledge of Employee Relations. You will be a self-starter able to work alone with minimum supervision.
