An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Co-ordinator with our client who is an established provider of affordable housing within the West Midlands.

Following a recent restructure a Recruitment Co-ordinator is now required to join the human resources team to provide support to with a recent increase in workload.

Key duties:

Provide support to individual line managers on temporary and permanent recruitment campaigns
Arrange candidate assessment centres
Gather all compliance documents for new members of staff.
Place job adverts and promote the organisation as an employer of choice
Prepare interview questions and complete scoring processes during interviews

You will also have:

Experience within an in-house recruitment position, ideally within a public sector setting
Excellent communication and IT skills
The ability to make an immediate impact and hit the ground running

The successful recruitment co-ordinator will demonstrate the ability and understand the need to provide an efficient recruitment support service to individual line managers.
