We are looking for confident and experienced individuals who can deliver quality and consistency in our kitchen. With an excellent reputation for our food and service, we need the right candidate to work with us to maintain and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic, passionate about food, a role model for the junior chefs and also looking to develop their skills further. You must have at least 2 years previous experience at this level within a quality fresh food environment with volume experience You will be in charge of a section within the banqueting team, will assist with menu planning, ordering, stock control and you must ensure standards are kept high at all times. The role will involve split and straight shifts including evenings and weekends
