Salary: Negotiable PAYE + Benefits + Holidays + Pension

I am looking for experienced communications personnel to join my consultancy working on-site with our client utilities client in Warwick.
We need someone who is happy to work alone and manage the overall communications of a programme. Someone who is creative and happy to work with a number of different media platforms. A confident and experienced individual who is happy working with people across all levels of the business up to board level.
The role responsibilities are to develop and implement a forward looking roadmap of Electricity Transformation communications strategy and liaise with corporate communications to ensure alignment with the overall department strategy of the client.
- Devise and share an overall communications strategy for ET Transformation which will describe the communications channels used, requirements of line managers and general communication policies.
- Create the key communication messages for the ETO Transformation director and senior leadership team.
- Create and deliver a suite of communications conveying the key messages for ETO Transformation and tailored for the diverse subgroups within ETO
- Workshops and Conferences: Take a lead role in organising workshops and conference events for ETO Transformation leading the liaison with the workshop/conference champions, setting and shaping the agenda, providing guidance on corporate communications standards and protocols
