2nd Line Support / Service Desk Analyst wanted for a client of mine based in Wednesbury, West Midlands.
I need candidates with at least 1-2 years previous IT Support experience, working within an SLA driven environment. Experience of Windows Server, Active Directory, TCP/IP Networking and Exchange are essential.
Excellent communication skills are essential
