Our client is looking for someone to join their Payroll team based at their office in North Birmingham.

Payroll Admin Duties:

- To ensure accurate and on time delivery of monthly payrolls
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records via calls and email
- Processing of timesheet data and recording of absence information.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law

Personal Characteristics:

- Flexible individual with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Must display initiative and integrity
- Be able to work towards deadlines and provide robust and accurate information
- Competent with Excel and familiar with payroll software

Our client is looking to make this addition to their team ASAP so an immediate start after successful interview is available.
