Strategic HR Business Partner
I am recruiting a Strategic HR Business Partner for a great business providing services to the Health Care industry. The role is a permanent opportunity and will be based at their head office in Coventry.
As strategic HR BP you will be responsible for providing a highly effective and efficient HR service to all users to embed strategic change and increase engagement across a highly unionised environment. Working with the senior leadership team you will be responsible for driving forward the people plan in line with business agenda, and provide expertise on a wide range of HR issues. Through coaching and development you will actively develop talent, capability, performance and engagement for all colleagues.
I am looking for an experienced HR Business Partner who has experience within heavily unionsed environments, has healthcare experience, either private or public sector, with great communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. As you will be dealing with senior management, up to CEO level, you will need to display credibility in all tasks and have proven experience of influencing and driving positive business change. Commercial awareness is essential.
