NCH Europe's European Finance team have a new opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Team Leader to successfully lead and develop the Accounts Receivable team currently responsible for Spain, Italy and Portugal. We are looking for candidates with leadership skills and full understanding of all Accounts Receivable duties.

The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will work closely with other areas of the Finance department ensuring accuracy and efficiency to maximise cash flow. We are looking for a candidate with strong interpersonal skills who will motivate the team to achieve individual and business expectations.


*Working with internal sales force and local and central back office to maximise cash flow
*Enforcing order to Banks processes
*Working with internal & external departments to resolve customer issues and queries.
*Managing staff attendance and policy compliance
*Developing staff time management to achieve all KPI's
*Co-ordinating staff development and appraisals
*Applying company policy with regard to none policy compliance for all team members
*Supporting the AR Director and other senior staff in areas of reporting and data management


*Excellent time management skills
*Clear and precise communication skills with all levels of employees
*Able to function in a target driven environment and deliver OTIF
*Motivational and leadership skills
*Good IT skills
*Full understanding of all AR duties
*Excellent knowledge of local cultures and working practices
*Knowledge of local legislations with regard to countries under their remit
*Able to communicate and interpret Business plans and expectations
*Experience of managing teams either in customer service or an AR environment
*Full understanding of the order to bank process
*Minimum of five years practical AR experience

Language Skills
*Fluency in written and spoken English is essential
*Fluency in Spanish is desirable
