E.ON - Technical Support Advisor

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Technical Support Advisor based in Kingswinford, West Midlands with E.ON Energy.
You will join an existing team within their Residential division on a minimum 3 months basis with the opportunity to be taken on permanently. E.ON is a great place to work; the culture is very open, people are genuinely helpful pulling together to help you succeed. There is some parking available on site.

In this role you'll also benefit from annual leave entitlement of 28 days a year pro rata for the first 12 weeks, and 34 days per annum thereafter (including bank holidays).

* Hour rate - £8.28 per hour increasing to £8.85 per hour
* Length of assignment: 3 months on going
* Hours: Full Time 37 hours per week between 8.30am- 4.30pm (Monday to Friday with possible weekends required on an ad-hoc basis).

Key activities:

* Responsible for the provision of day to day support of technical contact from Meter Readers and Meter Technicians
* Support the back- office activity and field based staff
* Key contact for internal/ external key stakeholders
* Data entry
* Telephone queries from customers and colleagues

Key Skills;

* Focussed and prepared to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent telephone manner
* Strong administration skills
* Excellent communication skills
* IT literate - Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
* Good level of organisation skills and attention to detail.
