About The Role

You will gain valuable experience and develop your skills helping our Programme Producer schedule, manage and deliver our artistic programme. This will involve providing administrative support for a dynamic schedule of theatrical productions, artistic development, creative, community and learning programmes as well as off stage events. You will develop your project management skills working with internal departments from Marketing and Finance as well as internal stakeholders to review and ensure the viability of scheduling. You will also learn to prepare budgets and contracts as well as update records and systems. You will also carry out research into companies, artists and productions and their availability.

You must have experience of working in an administrative role and ideally be studying for Arts or Project Management qualification. You will have an eye for detail, strong IT skills and be highly proficient in Microsoft Office.Effective at building relationships, you be good at coordinating projects, results orientated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
