We're currently recruiting for a Global Marketing Manager for a global company near Marlow. Our client is renowned for its capabilities in providing water solutions of any size to customers throughout the entire water cycle.

The Global Digital Marketing Manager will manage and drive our client's web presence across multiple language sites and deliver promotional plans in support of pipeline, booking and revenue contribution.

You will plan, implement and manage promotional campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition and retention across several markets and multiple geographies. Working closely with a range of internal and channel partner stakeholders to deliver the marketing programs and marketing support to grow their market share in a number of exciting vertical markets.

The successful candidate will have excellent ROI planning skills, strategic planning, scientific copywriting, digital marketing, plus people and project management skills.

The tasks for this role are detailed below:

- Team development and mentoring
- Drive acquisition and brand awareness using full mix of digital tactics such as Google Adwords, Social and Email marketing
- Develop targeted customer UX and content
- Coordinate with web resources to replicate localised acquisition and brand activity for global partners
- Domain, system and user management
- Site analytics and reporting
- Promotional Planning (corporate, direct & via channel partners)
- Own the development and execution of measurable go-to-market plans from conception through to delivery for corporate, direct and channel partners
- Full on and offline marketing tactics
- Sales enablement tool development across customer touchpoints
- Marketing automation and workflow planning
- Content Marketing
- Define and deliver a content calendar to support promotional and sales activities across all customer touchpoints
- Develop customer facing collateral and content including brochures, proposals, presentations, videos, datasheets, email templates, customer case studies and white papers to support the buyer's journey and thought leadership program
- Marketing budget, team KPI's, campaign ROI and project reporting
- Design, Content and Web agency management
- Ability to translate audience / brand facing messaging into compelling, appropriate marketing activity


- Good all round marketing mix: SEO, Social, PPC, email
- Degree educated (preferably science degree)
- Experience in project management
- Scientific background or knowledge of the scientific market
- Good data analysis skills
