IFA Support Administrator

Derby - £26,000 + Excellent Package

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an IFA Support Administrator to join an award winning leading Wealth Management company, with offices based in Derby. Supporting the Financial Advisors, you will be responsible for a range of Technical and Administrative duties including:

  • Work closely with clients, acting as a point of contact for referrals and enquiries
  • Use provider platforms to obtain information
  • Check New Business documentation is accurate
  • Support the Financial Advisors with all administration, processing of new business and client correspondence
  • Process Investment/Pension transfers
  • Process applications and make alterations where required
  • Manage valuations and obtain any required information
  • Organise Client Meetings and prepare material

In order to be successful in this role, you should display the following:

  • 1-2 years previous administration experience within Financial Services, preferably an IFA
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Microsoft Office proficient
  • Able to produce accurate work within deadlines
  • Practical approach to problem solving
