Our Installation Services department within Business to Municipalities in Coventry is looking for a System Administrator. System Administrator At E.ON Energy Installation Services Ltd, our team helps customers affordably invest in new energy efficiency measures to help improve people’s lives. Making life more comfortable for customers is what makes us tick and, as we grow our business we want to do even more. We listen to what customers really want, we advise them on what's right for them and then we make it happen. External wall insulation, new boilers, loft insulation, cavity wall insulation - the list goes on.

Right now our team is looking for a Systems Administrator to help with the development and daily support to the business of the system that underpins our ECO (Energy Company Obligation) schemes and able to pay propositions. As a quick learner and a curious mindset you will work to understand the systems, ensuring that we capture the relevant requirements at both survey and install. You will be working with the system to ensure all schemes are implemented as best as possible, always looking to offer alternative solutions which will improve the efficiency of the business. You will have full responsibility for the set up and changes to these schemes and to make sure that our installed measures are notified correctly to Ofgem, and ultimately that our customers can be invoiced and billed in a timely manner.

Further to this, you will be working to make sure all relevant internal and external parties have the correct system access and the relevant training. You will be the subject matter expert, working with various stakeholders to offer your insight and assistance for all system issues. When changes need to be made, you will run these in the test environment to ensure these never have a negative effect on our customers. Required profile:

What we need from you:

•A willingness to quickly build an understanding of the Energy Company Obligation and the measures which are used by EON to deliver their target.

•Full training of the system (eTech) will be given but an experience of working with a large computer system is required.

•An ability to analyse, interpret and manipulate information from a range of sources to assist with queries and reporting requirements.

•Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.

•An ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external partners.

•An ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

•Takes a proactive approach to tasks and issues.

It would be great if you had:

•Wider understanding of the Energy Company Obligation and the market place it operates in.

•Advanced knowledge of Excel
