HR Business Partnering Manager
Your new role
Your role will be to drive performance improvements across the organisation by providing proactive, expert HR advice to designated areas of the business and developing HR solutions which deliver strategic objectives. Deputising for the Director of HR, you will be leading a small HR team. You will work closely with members of the Executive, Faculty and Departmental Senior Management teams to develop high performance across the organisation and ensure that they are able to attract, retain motivate and develop high quality people and deliver all its strategic objectives. You will also ensure that HR strategies and approach reflect the needs of different areas across the organisation and take into account the diverse challenges faced
