Gap Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts Administrator to work with in a leading Aero space Company.
Our client is based in the B98 location.

- Some experience working in a finance office environment essential
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Outlook essential
- Enter cash received for accounts receivable
- Post / email invoices & monthly statements to customers
- Enter purchase invoices for accounts payable
- Reconcile suppler monthly statements
- Post remittance advices to suppliers
- Enter journals onto the nominal accounts
- Dealing with incoming & outgoing post
- Dealing with visitors at reception
- Scanning & archiving
- Other general office & adhoc duties
Mon -Thurs 8am -4.30pm
Fri -8am -1pm
