Assistant Restaurant Manager - Stoke-on-Trent

We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join us at the Alton Towers Resort, the UK's only attraction that specialises in making Britain happy!

In this role you'll support the Restaurant Manager in all day to day responsibilities during the park season and support on commercial projects during the closed months. This role is really customer focused so a passion for great delivery is a must, you will also have great attention to detail to really enhance your areas results along with the below;


A real desire to succeed and a fresh vision to ensure we exceed the expectation of our guests.
You will come from a restaurant, coffee shop or fast food background, with experience in leading a team.
As well as having a positive & enthusiastic attitude you will bring energy & motivation, and be driven by fun and business.
You will be looking to grow and develop your career in a unique fun and fast moving environment.
You will have a good eye for detail, high standards and be clear and engaging in your communication to both staff an guests


The role is permanent full time, averaging 40 hours per week and will include weekends and bank holidays on a regular basis. The role is predominately day shifts however a flexible outlook will be required.
