My client are a leading consumer durables organisation, who through continued growth are looking to appoint a Senior Marketing Executive. Working within the B2C team you will be responsible for deputising the Marketing Manager and helping to create annual plans and overseeing campaigns from idea to creation.

This role sits within a close knit team who work together to achieve maximum campaign impact, an open environment to share ideas and voice opinions, culturally this role will suit someone who is keen to get stuck in!

As Senior Marketing Executive your roles and responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the development of the product marketing strategy including budgeting, implementation and reporting.

  • You will support to develop end consumer channel strategy, leading the delivery and weekly reporting of campaigns

  • You will work with the wider group marketing team to advocate requirements for the UK market and liaise with internal departments to gain all necessary information

  • You will manage day to day activities with distribution partners including stock promotions, spend and overall campaign support

  • Work closely with the Events Manager to develop creative concepts for events and exhibitions, coordinate and brief external agencies and attend events when required

  • Create briefs for brand work with design agency and project manage the development, roll out and measurement of all campaigns

  • Create PR agency briefings and manage the day to day relationships with the press office

  • Assist with the development of annual content plans and social media to ensure campaign alignment across multiple channels

  • Develop competitor benchmarking to be used across B2B and B2C channels with quarterly reporting

  • Coordinate a minimum of 2 customer visits per quarter with the sales teams to understand their requirements from a marketing perspective

  • Optimise digital workflow processes including lead creation, lead nurture, reengagement and measurement

  • Have responsibility for a marketing budget, allocating spend accordingly and delivering reports on return on investment

To apply for this role you skills and experience should include:

  • Proven B2C marketing experience is essential

  • Qualified in Marketing at Undergraduate level and CIM qualified at level 5 or above or educated to degree level with 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written skills with experience in delivering agency briefs and content

  • Proven digital expertise including PPC, SEO, Social Media and Website

  • Experience in providing reports based on competitor research, campaign activity and return on investment
