About The Role

As a point of welcome and assistance to members of the public you will help create a memorable visitor experience. You will deliver high levels of customer service either on the phone or face to face on the front desk. You will handle customer enquiries providing accurate information about our exciting events, performances and activities. Important will be the ability to enthuse customers into buying tickets for our varied programme, supporting our fundraising activities and enjoying our other facilities, such as our renowned restaurant and friendly bars. This role is all about delivering a great service, ensuring things run smoothly and visitors leave wanting to visit us again soon.

You must have GCSE Maths and English experience of working in a sales and/or customer care role within the entertainment industry or a comparable environment. You will be used to operating computerised systems, handling cash and overseeing simple credit card and financial processes. Your flexible approach to work will be matched by good time keeping and communication skills. You will also understand the importance of good presentation and excellent customer service. Experience of computerised ticketing systems would be an advantage.
