The Midcounties Co-operative are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our fast paced HR team based in Warwick. The role is offered on a fixed term 6 month basis.
As a HR Advisor you will be responsible for developing effective partnerships with Business Managers to support the delivery of their business plans. Actively contribute to the attainment of the HR business plan including the development and implementation of projects that improve the business further. Ensure the requirements of our Service Level Agreement permeate all activities so supporting the business with the provision of core HR activities.
To actively support the development of Line Managers to enable them to take personal responsibility for the effective and efficient management of their people.
To ensure the requirements of our service level agreement direct all we do to provide an effective service to the Society.

This role offers a salary of £34,000 per annum, with a company car or car allowance.
