A fantastic opportunity is available for an Improvement Reporting Administrator at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Experience Required:

Experience and knowledge of Project Management principles and best practice

Experience in working directly with BI development teams or third party solution providers in delivering large scale/complex BI solutions and projects.

Understanding of the principles and frameworks to support the delivery of BI development

Experience in providing service to internal stakeholders

Understanding of agile delivery methodology and acceptance testing procedures

Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, sound judgement and assertiveness

Excellent oral and written communication skills liaising with multiple stakeholders

Experience of building capability within the team

Proven experience of capturing and managing Risks and Issues

Experience of reporting tools in SAP - business objects Webi, Lumira, Design Studio
Good understanding and experience of MS Powerpoint, Excel sand sharepoint

Key Tasks:

First line response to the business with regard to reporting requests; triaging the requests into the correct areas of the team / business

Management of a single report inventory listing ensuring the reports information, owners and change control is maintained

Support in chase of missing reporting data for key executive reports

Ownership of the team service management tool measure compliance to its utilisation

Lead in the coordination, development and delivery of e-learning and training programmes to aid roll out of new tools, techniques and methods of driving self-serve across the business.

Develop materials and standard documentation within the team and manage on the team

SharePoint portal to drive collaborate and sharing of best practice across the business
