Graduate calibre Finance Helpdesk Analyst for innovative Solutions Provider
Our client based in Birmingham are a progressive, forward thinking and innovative financial solutions provider. An opportunity has arisen for a finance Help desk Analyst to support their busy team.
The role exists to support the Operational Manager in the delivery of Client Support and in the reporting, monitoring and continuous improvement of operational performance.
The role covers a diverse range of areas including Incident Management; Compliance Management, Service Management and Supplier maintenance.
- Responding to internal and external queries via various methods
- Chasing queries for full resolution
- Interrogation and understanding of data to analyse early payment rebates
- Preparation of Service and Compliance Performance report and managing the administration activities of the Hub
- General office duties and project work
Applicants will have previous help desk experience ideally within a managed environment. Experience of another finance role is required. Applicants will be educated ideally to degree level.
