An expanding IT Solutions organisation are seeking to recruit an Lead Infrastructure Engineer to work as part of an onsite support team with one of their clients based in Coventry. On offer is a salary to GBP37,000 + Bonus, Pension, healthcare etc

The ideal individual for the Lead Infrastructure Engineer role will be hands-on technical currently, and have experience up to 3rd Line level with skills in VMWare Virtualisation, VOIP, Networks etc. You'll also have a desire to move into a more managerial / strategic position in the short to medium term.

You'll need technical expertise with:

- Server hardware - Ideally Dell EMC
- Virtualization - Vmware (migrating physical to virtual)
- Routing and firewall config, support, finding faults
- Implementing policies and procedures - auditing /documentation etc
- Telephony

If you came with any of the following you'd be in pole position:

- HPE Aruba - Switches & Wireless
- Firewalls - Sophos / Sonicwall
- SAN or EMC
- Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS)
- CCTV Systems
- 3CX phones
