This is where you come in, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the development of our in store Non Food Online (NFOL) proposition. Primarily Click & Collect (C&C), including our internal Non Food propositions (Clothing & GM Online) and external 3rd Party Strategic partnerships

You will implement in-house and third party Click & Collect trials, new initiatives and propositions into both our Supermarket & Convenience stores. Working closely with the Change and Delivery Manager and Central teams you will play a key role in ensuring the operating model for both Clothing & GM Online is retail ready, effective and profitable whilst driving operational performance to delight our customers and increase sales.

What do you need to know?

A broad understanding of the retail sector and end to end online retail and C&C operating models
A strong customer focus and awareness of how a brand is represented through an online proposition
How to lead cross functional projects to time, cost and resource constraints
How to influence and engage stakeholders effectively across all Central workstreams through to our store colleagues
How to effectively manage and project manage business change

What do you need to show?

Project management experience with a clear understanding of project ownership and deliverables
Strong communicator with the ability to engage a wide variety of diverse stakeholders simply and persuasively
Results focused and able to articulate performance and challenges to senior stakeholders
Great influencing skills, ability to work cross functionally and manage & influence senior stakeholders
Self-starter, strong initiative and commitment with the ability to work effectively under pressure
Strong analytical and Excel & Power Point skills
Capability to conduct training in a motivational team environment
