HR Business Partner
Your new company
Due to recent changes within the HR Team, the NHS are looking to recruit a HRBP for an initial six month contract.
Your new role
You will operate strategically, being supported by an Assistant HRBP supporting 1000+ employees. You will operate and provide support throughout the entire HR life cycle, responsibilities include change management, workforce planning and resourcing, workforce modernisation, coaching & development and dispute resolution
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Level 7 Qualified and have experience working in the NHS. You have experience operating as a business partner and can operate both strategically and operationally. You are available at short notice and are within commutable distance of Hereford.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between GBP40,000 and GBP45,000, depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will work with a fantastic team currently undergoing a change programme and have the ability to influence and implement change, you will also have the opportunity to apply for the permanent opportunity after the six month contract.
