We are looking for a part time Customer Support Administrator to provide admin support to Customer Service Manager, Resource & Analytics Manager & the overall Customer Support Team

You will be working as part of the Customer Contact Centre, supporting the team in looking after the needs of the customers, stores and all associated functions to deliver a satisfactory outcome.

Reporting to the Resource & Analytics Manager, reporting to the Customer Service Manager. Contact Centre with 68 colleagues including Management. 460 shops,,, Halfords Autocentres & Cycle Republic


Log and categorise incoming post onto 'Salesforce' system and keep an accurate log of quantities received

To action invoices for payment as required

To ensure gift cards are issued and recorded

To ensure copies of all correspondence are directed to the relevant department using the most appropriate method (phone, fax, e-mail, portal)

To assist in producing reports for functions within the business when required

To maintain accurate filing of relevant correspondence

To ensure stationery is kept up to date and ordered monthly within budget

To record and allocate lockers as requested

To maintain and order uniform and badge allocations to the team

To communicate any relevant information from the internal comms box to the team

Respond to quick e-mails/queries where necessary and support delivery team with categorisation

Organise meetings, including booking hotels, flights and refreshments

To undertake any other relevant duties required.
