Service Manager - Audi Coventry:
We are currently looking to recruit a Service Reception Manager with a motor trade background.
This is an important role supporting the Aftersales Manager and ensuring the smooth every day running of the Service Department . You will be responsible for 6 Service Advisors, and 6 other service team members, in the delivering of high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.
Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring the workflow of the department, hitting and exceeding targets and up selling our full range of services. Responsibilities to include:
- Planning, forecasting and delivering sales targets.
- Managing and development of the team.
- Hitting and exceeding Sales targets.
- Exceeding Customer satisfaction.
- Managing the smooth running and day to day activity of the Service Department.
Customer care is of paramount importance within this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive the best possible service experience.
To be considered for this vacancy you will currently or previously worked in a service department, either as a Service Manager, or a second in command looking for development opportunities with a growing business.
