Assistant HR Business Partner
Your new company
Due to recent changes within the HR Team, the NHS are looking to recruit an Assistant HRBP for an initial six month contract supporting a HRBP.
Your new role
You will support a strategic HRBP and provide hands on operational support to 1000+ employees. You will prove support in any area of the HR lifecycle including employee relations, HR advice, recruitment & selection, HR database and system management and HR policy improvement. Although a six month contract to support the NHS through a period of change the post holder will have the opportunity to be considered for the permanent opportunity.
What you'll need to succeed
You are CIPD Level 7 Qualified or have the equivalent level of experience and have experience working in the NHS. You have hands on operational HR experience and are available at short notice and are within commutable distance of Hereford.
What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary between GBP28,000 and GBP32,000, depending on your recent and relevant experience. You will work with a fantastic team currently undergoing a change programme and have the ability to influence and implement change, you will also have the opportunity to apply for the permanent opportunity after the six month contract.
