I am actively recruiting for a Sales Co-ordinator on a temporary to permanent basis

My client is a manufacturing business based in Coventry

Description

Your role as a Sales Co-ordinator will involve:

  • Acting as the facilitator between the sales and manufacturing team
  • Updating late list for distribution to all sales desks
  • Sort and distribute work orders
  • Respond to emails/phone calls from sales teams
  • Run QAD reports for sales orders
  • Notify sales/schedulers on issues
  • Liaise with CAD
  • Communicate with sales and IT on due dates
  • Order large/special slab requirements
  • Run reports of orders placed previous day and comply with policy and due dates
  • Update sales entry errors

Profile

The ideal Sales Co-ordinator will:

  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Have a knowledge of a supply, manufacturing and production environment
  • Have a good knowledge of excel
  • Have experienced MFGPro or similar ERP system
  • Have worked within a sales coordinator role previously
  • Be a good communicator
  • Have a strong telephone manner

GBP24,000 when permanent

Temporary to permanent
