Service Centre Advisor- GBP100 Per Day
( This role is inside IR35 )
Coventry - 6 months contract
One of our public sector clients are looking for 3 service centre advisors to join a thriving team in coventry, they are looking for someone to start in August for a 6 months contract.
Deliver a responsive professional high volume telephone and email query management service to employers and providers relating to funding, policy, business applications
Respond to enquiries from service users within 5 working days; utilise a range of tools and resources to minimise referrals to Tier 2 resolvers.
Manage the development of a shared knowledge base within a lead area, developing relationships and sharing information, which supports and improves the work of the Service Centre
Develop expertise within a lead area (LEVY); utilise digital platforms such as sharepoint to share knowledge across the Service Centre and cascade information to colleagues from internal webinars.
Accurately report progress on query resolution via Service Now.
Manage the development of a shared knowledge base within a lead area, developing relationships and sharing information, which supports and improves the work of the Service Centre.
Maintain current service Key Performance Indicators

- Experience within a face paced customer facing environment;
- Enthusiastic and driven individual;
- Willing to use own initiative;
- Ability to translate policy into an operational context;
